RFL PS Identification of site for sale. Graseby House is a former education college purchased by the Royal Free Charity specifically to increase accommodation capacity for staff key workers at Barnet hospital.

Additional capacity for office space on the ground floor for vital admin staff providing ancillary services to Barnet hospital.

Challenges

Challenge in letting to staff during covid-19 pandemic in 2020. Due to restrictions on movement it took some months to increase occupancy. However, due to temporary requirement for clinical staff to reduce infection and protect family members we were able to mitigate low occupancy by utilising the accommodation for short-term covid-related accommodation requests.
