Education & professional Qualifications
• Chartered Construction professional RICS, RIBA, C Eng or similar or actively working towards Charetered status
• Degree/Diploma in line with key competencies in construction and contract management
• Diploma in Project Management

Experience
• Experience of a variety of project planning and programming techniques
• Experience of project administration of a complex project with large number of stakeholders, in line with client time, cost and quality objectives
• Experience of co-ordinating office systems and procedures
• Proven expertise to lead, plan, manage, interact with colleagues and deliver projects successfully in a spirit of cooperation.
• Experience as Contract Administrator for NEC/JCT forms of contract.

Skills and aptitudes
• Ability to seek and share information and ideas in a confident and compelling manner, using a range of techniques to achieve an effective outcome
• Clear aptitude to engage with internal and external stakeholders and service providers and business partners to proactively manage the utility and value of the estate
• Knowledge of HBN’s, Firecode, HGN’s and HTM’s
• Comprehensive ability to use Autocad & Microsoft Office
• Comprehensive ability to use Microsoft project and/or Oracle Project management software
• Good written communication and analytical skills
• Ability to analyse income and expenditure financial information rapidly and apply sound commercial acumen and sound technical knowledge to maximise value of healthcare estate
• Ability to act autonomously in predicting and responding to property management problems to ensure mitigation of risk
• Knowledge and confidence to challenge & ability to negotiate successful outcomes avoiding conflict
